Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All ordered items will be shipped to you as quickly as possible.  Some items are made by request and take time to dry.  You will be kept up-to-date with how your order is progressing along the way and Tracking information will be forwarded as soon as it becomes available.   If you have a date you require items by, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Some items may slightly vary in color and appearance due to being handmade, hand finished and may appear different in person due to photography lighting.

We have the discretion at anytime not to accept any order in part or whole under any circumstances. Items may be out of stock or discontinued and no longer available. We will periodically remove discontinued items from our site, but at times we may be unable to remove these items prior to your ordering.

Normal shipping time is 10 working business days after receipt of order, but not guaranteed. Shipping time may be less depending on product availability. We will attempt to ship your order ASAP.

Once your order has been placed, you have agreed to these terms and conditions. Most merchandise is handmade to order.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS:  Returns will not be accepted for 'change of mind'. 

Fake Food Australia may in its discretion accept a return of goods from a Customer and issue a credit note for them.
(a) No return of goods will be accepted without Fake Food Australia's prior consent
(b) Any credit note issued will be subject to and after deduction of an industry standard 20% re-stocking fee and after deduction of the original delivery and any return delivery charge (if applicable). All returns must be received by Fake Food Australia within 5 business days.
(c) The Customer is not entitled to cash refund for the goods.

13. Claims for Short Deliveries, Incorrect Goods or Defective Goods
(a) The Customer must notify Fake Food Australia in writing (including the invoice/picking slip number) of all claims for short deliveries, incorrect goods or defective goods within 5 business days of receipt by the Customer.  Photographs must be supplied of the defective or incorrect goods.
(b) The Customer agrees that Fake Food Australia is entitled to reject any claims received outside this period.
(c) Subject to the above, Fake Food Australia will, in its discretion, make good the short delivery, replace the goods or issue a credit note.
